City Centre 1

City Centre 1 is a 12-storey, LEED Gold-certified office and medical tower located next to Surrey Memorial Hospital in the heart of Surrey’s Health and Technology District. Spanning over 300,000 sq. ft., it houses clinics, medical research labs, and healthcare education spaces. The project also features 18,000 sq. ft. of educational facilities, 24,000 sq. ft. of Class A retail, and four levels of underground parking with 600 stalls.
